BIDDING OPENS: JUNE 14, 2023

BIDDING CLOSES: JULY 7, 2023

The highest bidder will be notified by July 10th. In order the secure their spot, they must pay in full by July 12th, or the next highest bidder will be given the opportunity. The couple must sign a contract with the photographer and any other vendors involved who require one upon payment. All details of the wedding are finalized by Ashley Foreman Productions and Blue Ridge Ranch and are subject to change. There is no option for rescheduling or moving dates.

You may hire a caterer for the event but that is not included in the bid. Alcohol is not included either but drinks are allowed on the premises.
